Request account and data deletion

You can request deletion without installing the app. Email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject “Account deletion request”. Include your account and organization name, but never your password or verification codes. You may also open a support ticket from your account.

Support will verify ownership and follow up on your request and any outstanding business obligations. The request covers account profile, contact data and account access where possible. Invoice, transaction and audit records may be retained where needed for applicable obligations or unsettled transactions. Support will explain any exceptions. Backup copies expire through the backup retention cycle.
