Updated 1 November 2026. These terms govern the app, website and business workspaces. Read them with the privacy policy and the specific order terms before using the related functions.

Service and scope

Emdad Order is a technical B2B intermediary organizing supply between pharmacies, suppliers, wholesalers, manufacturers and their teams in Yemen. Downloading elsewhere does not make supply or delivery services available there. The platform does not diagnose, prescribe treatment or manage patient records. Pharmaceutical catalog information identifies commercial products and must not be relied on as medical advice.

Eligibility and accounts

Users must be at least 18, authorized to represent their organization and hold applicable business licenses. Accounts and organization documents may be verified. Keep information current and credentials private. Organization administrators must grant appropriate permissions and revoke them when assignments end. Report lost access or suspected impersonation to support.

Parties and products

The supply contract is between the purchasing organization and the supplier identified in the order. Each party must meet applicable licensing, sale, transport, storage and invoicing requirements. Suppliers are responsible for accurate descriptions, prices, availability, authenticity, expiry and storage conditions; buyers must verify their purchasing authority and suitability. Listing a product does not make the platform its owner or supplier. Intermediary status does not waive the platform’s responsibility for its own service or mandatory legal duties.

Orders, delivery and returns

Review products, quantities, prices, applicable taxes, address and delivery terms before confirming. Submission does not guarantee supplier acceptance or stock; refer to recorded status and approvals. Substitutions and price/quantity changes require relevant approval. Cancellations, returns, shortages, damage and refunds are resolved with the supplier under the agreement and mandatory rights, with supporting evidence. Report disputes promptly to the supplier and support without uploading patient data.

Invoices, trade credit and fees

Deferred payment is supplier-granted time to settle a trade invoice, not a loan or financing provided by the platform. Credit limits and days do not guarantee payment by Emdad Order. Collection records and payment evidence alone do not confirm receipt by the beneficiary; verify payment and invoice reconciliation. Any service or subscription fees, duration and conditions must be shown before agreement. Downloading the app alone does not create recurring charges. Any store/service charges remain subject to their disclosed terms and mandatory rights.

Acceptable use and content

Fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, service disruption, extraction of others’ data and illegal, counterfeit or expired products are prohibited. Do not upload material without appropriate rights or unnecessary personal data. Ownership of your documents and catalog content remains with its rights holders; you grant only the permission needed to store, process and display it to authorized users for the requested function. Report abuse or rights violations to support.

Privacy, permissions and third parties

The privacy policy explains data, purposes, providers, retention and deletion. Location sharing and notifications require appropriate permission, which can be revoked with impact on the related function. External map services and links also have their own provider terms. Platform use does not authorize tracking staff or sharing their documents without lawful authority.

Availability and responsibility

We exercise reasonable care in operating the service, protecting data and correcting errors. Maintenance, faults and provider delays may occur. Continuous access and perfect accuracy of user-supplied records are not guaranteed. Retain necessary business records and verify financial notices before acting. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, mandatory rights or responsibility for fraud, violations and legally required compensation.

Suspension, termination and deletion

Access may be restricted for misuse, security risk or loss of business eligibility, only as needed, with reasons and a review route where lawful and safe. Request account closure and data deletion through the deletion page or support. Ending access does not erase counterparties’ rights or outstanding debts and invoices; remaining data is handled under the privacy policy.

Changes, disputes and contact

Updates are dated and material changes are communicated appropriately before taking effect. Changes do not retroactively remove vested rights or confirmed-order terms contrary to law. Arabic and English are provided for convenience; differences must not reduce mandatory rights.
